5K Your Way - Move Against Cancer

Boston's 5KYW and Lincoln 5KYW invite anyone impacted by cancer to join them once a month to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer group linked to a local parkrun.

Fighting Fit Cancer Care Programme

These low-impact fitness sessions are designed for people living with cancer to maintain or increase physical activity at their own pace and provide an opportunity to connect with people with shared experience.

Groups are available in Boston, Bourne, Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln (multiple locations), Mablethorpe and Market Rasen.

If you have an urgent health concern but it's not an emergency, we're urging you to - Think 111 first!  NHS 111 is available online, on the NHS app and by calling 111, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is easy to use. 

CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCHES AND CHRISTMAS WEEK SUPPORT

Venues offering support over the Christmas period.

Across the county some people will be feeling alone, isolated or need a break out space this Christmas Day. Many wonderful Charities, Community Spaces and Churches are offering some company and food to share.
These spaces are free, open and welcome all. Each has a slightly different offering, so please be sure to contact them to find out more, and book a space if you wish to attend.
Some but not all venues are able to provide transport, please ask when booking.
